Reality is. . . there are more opportunities for your business than a digital course or mastermind.

Oftentimes when people look to create New Revenue the immediate thought is to go and build a digital course.  

While this isn’t an incorrect thought, there are various ways to create new revenue online in your business.

Before you go and dream up new course  let me give you some ideas of information product & services that might peak your interest:

Let’s start with INFORMATION PRODUCTS

These are digital products you create once and can sell to an unlimited number of clients.  

These types of products are based on your knowledge and can be delivered online.  One thing to note is this type of product requires more time upfront for the creation and less on the fulfillment of the product.

Here’s a list of 9 types:

  1. Templates Downloads
  2. Checklist Resource
  3. Workbook or Planner
  4. Audio or Email Course
  5. Online Conference or Summit
  6. Audience Challenge
  7. eBook or Print Book
  8. Online Bootcamp or Workshop
  9. Signature Program 

One thing to note is that these can be paid or free products.

We have several clients that we built one or more of these solutions for.

One client has a 6 module video email course as a free lead magnet called The Truth Map.  

The course was developed to help leaders identify their internal truth.

It starts by them taking a short assessment to identify where to start in the course.  

Another example is  one that we have called Build a Business Bootcamp a 5 day audio email challenge.  

Inside this challenge is an audio and workbook that gets delivered daily and at the end we have a live integration session.

There are various options and combinations of these digital products you can use in your business.

Next there are INFORMATION SERVICES.

There are things you do and deliver to one or few clients at a time.  

This is based on your knowledge and can be delivered online as well. 

Unlike the product this requires more time to fulfill once the product has been sold.

  • Get It Done / Implementation Workshop
  • Paid Community
  • Individual Coaching
  • Group Coaching
  • Done-for-You Service
  • Done-with-You Service
  • Subscription Service

The CEO Partner’s services are mainly Information services.  

We offer done-for-you services at various levels.

The one thing I know to be true about you is that you know the work needs to be done and you want to spend your time doing what you’re good at.

That is why it’s really important to create a product with your audience in mind.  

For example our audience are service professionals that are ready to figure out how to grow their business while still delivering a good project experience.  

They typically won’t have time to invest 5 hours a week on coaching sessions over a long term period.  So we have gone with a combination of information services and digital products to serve them. 

Take some time to think about how you can take one or a combination of these options to create your signature product.

#truthtalk though having the list of ways to create and vet your New Revenue ideas means nothing if you don’t have an audience to sell to.

Building an audience is crucial to the success of your online business.  

Once you have that audience it’s important to nurture them. 

In the end there are lots of opportunities to grow your business with New Revenue.
