PHASE 1: DEFINE
Put the vision into a plan
To start, we develop a comprehensive understanding of your company and your vision for its future. You tell us your vision and goals for your business, and we ask ourselves, “What is the simplest, most elegant way to get where you’re going?”
This phase typically lasts two to four weeks.
Behind the scenes, our team reviews your existing brand, marketing plan, sales flow, online tools and platforms, team training protocols, and relevant technology.
After we do market research, our team creates your Strategic Plan and Requirements – including Goals, Marketing Plan, Growth Strategy, Budget, and Key Metrics. Next, we present the plan to you for your review and feedback; once approved, we move on to the next phase…
PHASE 2: IMPLEMENT
Design, develop, and roll out deliverables
This is where your shoulders relax. As the work gets done without you lifting a finger, you meet with your dedicated Project Manager twice a month. At these regular Project Update meetings, we brief you on progress and ask you to make decisions. The work moves forward smoothly and predictably.
This phase can last anywhere from one to two months.
Our team works behind the scenes to ensure your marketing, sales, team, training, and day-to-day operations work together. As issues crop up, we troubleshoot and problem-solve in-house (without you needing to manage us!), freeing you up to think about what you want to do next. Then, leave the implementation to us!
PHASE 3: EVALUATE
Maintain what’s been set up…and look to what’s next
We review your results and decide whether it still makes sense for us to work together. Some clients move into a maintenance relationship at this stage, engaging us to maintain a lead-generation product or website we’ve built. Other clients have us train their in-house team to provide ongoing, consistent, and correct maintenance of assets like web pages or other content hubs. And some clients have an idea of what they want to do next, and then we walk through what that next project could look like.
