My family has been off our normal routine since last Wednesday, March 11th. With schools closed and everyone working from home. #truthtalk this is what I’ve built my business for… to be available when my kids need me most.

I firmly believe this will change the way the world works forever. Virtual / Remote / Online… whatever you prefer will become a new normal for businesses.
This is a huge opportunity for your online service-based business, you already have the online tools in place to deliver high-quality service & support to your clients.
This is the time for you to continue to show up and share your expertise. Companies are looking for support to keep high level of engagement with their teams working from home.
On the other hand, companies are cutting their workforce in preparation for the recession. If you are a Virtual Assistant, Online Business Manager, Digital Marketing Consultant, Business Integrator, etc – start to think about how you can position your services to support offline businesses with your online expertise.
Here are a few things I have been doing to generate lead conversations by being of service:
- Reaching out to clients that have event-based businesses and offering support to bring their events online.
- Supporting clients that have events scheduled in the next 90 days to reschedule and future plans.
- Sharing resources with past lead on how they can go virtual and keep an engaged team while working remotely.
