The Challenge

 

A highly successful realtor with a larger national realty group was ready to launch her own real estate brokerage. Wyevetra was clear on her vision – she wanted to expand both her client base and bring in other agents to serve them – but she did not yet have a clear plan for setting up all the related structures and processes it would take to do it right.

She originally came to work with The CEO Partner because she knew she needed a website.

The Strategy

 

Wyevetra envisioned a robust social media presence to attract new clients, who would then go to the website and move through a process of qualification and nurturing on their way to becoming clients. Other prospective clients might find their way to the website directly, through a referral from someone they know or a keyword search when they wanted to sell or find a home.

It became clear that her new website wasn’t just for leads and clients. It also needed to be a place for agents to apply to join her realty group, have their application reviewed, go through a training process, and access the resources they needed to do their best work.

We presented several ideas: one idea that she ultimately decided to have us implement was a virtual business card system. Instantly shareable with anyone with a smartphone, we created a digital business card for each of her agents, with her group’s brand and the agent’s unique contact information.

To run her agency well, Wyevetra also needed a centralized and automated platform for lead acquisition and nurturing, as well as new agent onboarding, training, and professional development.

And to give Wyevetra real time data about how her group is working and what needs attention, our team set up a Dashboard with key at-a-glance metrics from her website and lead generation systems.

The Results

 

The Home Team Realty Group Brokerage launch was a success, and still is. With a robust and clear website, Wyevetra has now a consolidated online presence to rely on.
